Interested in becoming a vendor? Here’s what you need to know!

We have been hosting Markets since May of 2021, and have continued to grow in numbers each time (both in attendance and vendors alike) and are certain that this market will be a continued success. No matter the weather, this town has shown up time and time again to support local artists and makers.

We typically host anywhere from 20-30+ booths, but we always have room to include more! We also welcome young entrepreneurs and first time vendors. The booth fee is typically $45, unless you are an OE Facilitator or Sponsor.

We advertise extensively leading up to the event, and on the day-of have several posters around town to direct traffic. Our 1947 international metro is always a huge hit, and becomes a mobile advertising unit once it’s parked downtown! (pictured here, but with a new paint job!)

What we provide as your host:

*use of the building: two bathrooms and full kitchen, plus a large utility sink. (building has wheelchair accessible entrance)
*trash disposal
*wifi (though with it being an outdoor event, we can't guarantee how far the signal will reach)
*parking for customers and vendor vehicles
*fenced yard with designated entrance
*some electrical plug-ins available if coordinated with host
*a detailed map with designated booth assignments sent out before the event (so you feel prepared upon arrival)
*some light snacks and refreshments

What we expect from you as a vendor:

*set up begins 2 hours prior to the event (10am) - you must be set up at or before the designated start time
*we ask that you remain set-up until closing
*set-up and breakdown of your own booth
*please bring your own tables, awning/tents, signage, etc
*advertising via your own methods (social, website, word of mouth, carrier pigeon)
