Introduction to Heart-Centered Meditation

  • open-ended 201 Daly Avenue Hamilton, MT, 59840 United States (map)

Nanji Cohran will be offering an introductory talk about a transformative heart-centered meditation. The session will include an introductory talk and overview of the Heartfulness (HFN) meditation practice, followed by a guided relaxation and meditation.

Nanji will follow up this introductory talk with a Heartfulness class series for all those who are interested.  In each successive weekly session, she will discuss one specific aspect of the Heartfulness Meditation practice and/or give pointers that will help make your personal meditations more powerful, effective and beneficial.  Each session will also include a guided relaxation and heart-centered meditation.

Heartfulness is a non-profit, all-volunteer organization.  All classes are held free of charge, but we request a donation to cover space rental.  All teachers (also called preceptors or trainers) of HFN have been practicing this system of meditation for years, and have received incredible benefit from the practice. They now teach introductory classes and conduct individual and group sessions for free as a way to share on the joy and the benefits of having a regular heart-centered meditation practice.

Please give Nanji a call at (406) 880-9535 if you have further questions, or would like to register for the class.  Registration deadline is April 30.

We’re looking forward to seeing you here at Open-Ended for this fantastic event!!!

Nanji Cohran has been a Heartfulness Meditation practitioner for 29 years, and has been a Heartfulness Preceptor (Teacher/Trainer) for the last 10 years.  She offers Heartfulness introductory talks and classes twice a year, and conducts individual and group meditations twice a week.
