Qigong for Spring!

Spring Qigong (chee' gung) - the practice of cultivating vital energy and developing the energetic body.

Even after a relatively mild Winter, some body functions can be somewhat lethargic due to our desire to rest more during the colder months, as well as being generally less active and eating richer foods. Early inklings of Spring could include a sense of restlessness, thinking about or beginning to engage in more outdoor activities, including yard and garden work, hiking and biking.
