Come Join the Dance 

The Mystic Dance Caravan will be holding a Saturday morning, and Sunday morning dance at open-ended studio this year. 9am to noon. Join the dance and experience this moving meditation with a circle of like souls. 

Circle dance is an ancient human tradition that brings us together in movement and harmony. No experience or partner needed. Each dance is taught in place: we are given a short song, easy steps and then we sing and move. We do songs from a wide variety of sources: native Christianity Judaism or eastern Sufi practices. Often they are simple chants or inspiring poems.
