Practice and polish in three optional Friday sessions,
April 17th , 24th and May 1st
from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Even after a relatively mild Winter, some body functions can be somewhat
lethargic due to our desire to rest more during the colder months, as well as
being generally less active and eating richer foods. Early inklings of Spring
could include a sense of restlessness, thinking about or beginning to
engage in more outdoor activities, including yard and garden work, hiking
and biking.
This class will focus on exercises and meditations to enhance the function
of the Liver, the organ and organ family that is more active in the Spring.
Learn and practice: two exercises directly beneficial to the Liver; a long-
secret meditation to balance the emotions; a centuries-old set of exercises
that are beneficial for the tendons and ligaments; a second meditation that
explores the expansive energy of Spring. Interested?
Learn and practice
the exercises and meditations on Saturday, April 11th from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30
p.m. (includes a short break). Receive a detailed handout to aid your
practice at home. Practice and polish in three optional Friday sessions,
April 17th, 24th and May 1st, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
