TranceFormational Breathwork
TranceFormational Breathwork is a guided, conscious connected breathing practice for 75 minutes designed to move you out of your thinking mind and into direct experience — releasing stored tension, unprocessed emotion, and old patterns held in the body. Set to intentional music and held in a safe, supportive container, sessions can open the door to deep release, clarity, and even non-ordinary states of consciousness — without the use of any substances. This is deep and vulnerable work, where expression is encouraged, welcomed and transformative. No experience necessary; just a willingness to breathe, expand, heal, and transcend.
