Summer is the season of expansion--projects, socializing, yardening,
perhaps an inner nudge to connect with something greater than yourself. You are invited to participate in a series of classes to learn gentle exercises, two practices and a meditation that will help to nourish your entire being, particularly your Heart and spirit. No experience necessary. Exercises can be modified for a variety of abilities. Be prepared for movement and stillness. Learn the exercises and practices in four classes. Practice and polish during two optional classes.

Dress comfortably for movement and stillness. Bring a writing instrument and water. Eat lightly before class.

$49 for all 4 classes

Additional Sessions on August 15 and 22- $10/each

Since the 1980's, Kirk Norby has learned and practiced many different qigong exercises, meditations and self-massage sequences. He's become increasingly aware of the multi-layered benefits of these practices and enjoys sharing them so other people can realize the benefits, too.
